About Slipper Day

Slipper Day is back again this year on the 7th August and will see thousands of school kids and office-workers exchange their shoes for comfy slippers for the day to raise funds and awareness for the Reach for Dream Foundation.

The annual fundraiser, which started in 2011, has become a fun-filled and popular event nationwide, and this year plans to get as many fuzzy slippers to work and school as possible!

Not only is this a chance to support dozens of children who are battling life-threatening diseases, it is also an opportunity for schools in Gauteng to win some awesome prizes such as a visit from a Proteas cricket legend, or a performance from the popular band Shortstraw and Gangs of Ballet at your school!

Simply purchase your Slipper Day stickers before the big day, pop on your favourite pair of slippers and you are good to go! It’s that easy.
