Suspension / Disconnection

The owner and managers may from time to time and without notice to you, suspend the provision of the service to you, or disconnect any or all of the channels related to the service from your connection, during any technical failure, modification or maintenance of the service; or if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions; or if so directed by the Regulatory Authority;
Having regard to the circumstances at the time of suspension, disconnection, or reconnection, as the case may be, the owner and managers shall be entitled to levy a reasonable fee in respect of such suspension, disconnection and/or any subsequent reconnection.
